Roadmap to the Realisation of Sexual and Reproductive Justice: Reframing Population Policy through Evidence, Technology and Community Agency (CPD59 Side Event) Economic and Social Council

As populations age worldwide, demographic change is reshaping economies, labour markets, and social systems. This side event will examine how the "silver dividend" can be harnessed through digital innovation, inclusive technologies, and research-driven policy-making to advance sustainable development. In line with the CPD59 theme, it will explore the intersection of population dynamics, technology, and evidence-based research in building age-inclusive digital ecosystems, strengthening economic participation of older people, and ensuring that longevity becomes an opportunity for inclusive and sustainable growth rather than a challenge.
