This side event focuses on advocating innovative technological strategies that empower policymakers and stakeholders to make data-driven, population-centered decisions for transforming education in VUCA contexts. The goal is to promote inclusive education and sustainable development in VUCA environments. By leveraging digitalization and AI, the event aims to bridge educational divides, identify best practices, and enhance collaboration among stakeholders for sustainable development in Sub-Saharan Africa. By integrating subsidiarity and intergenerational governance principles into demographic discourse, the CDP can contribute to a forward-looking model of institutional architecture capable of preserving trust between generations, thus ensuring population resilience, one that acknowledges technological innovation while safeguarding the relational foundations upon which societies endure. The implementation of the ICPD Programme of Action is now inextricably linked to the rapid evolution of technology, research, and development (R&D).
