The side event will convene policymakers, researchers, and practitioners to explore the relationship between technological transformation and demographic governance; introduce and refine the concept of Intergenerational Governance Equilibrium; and identify research gaps and collaborative pathways under the CPD framework.

By integrating subsidiarity and intergenerational governance principles into demographic discourse, the CDP can contribute to a forward-looking model of institutional architecture capable of preserving trust between generations, thus ensuring population resilience, one that acknowledges technological innovation while safeguarding the relational foundations upon which societies endure.
